The vineyards are located on the hills around Buje, at 220-250 m above sea level, at the Contarini position. The ideal microclimate enables the production of grapes, which, when ripe, retain sufficient acidity suitable for obtaining fruitiness and balance of the wine, and the mineral soil of white earth supports drinkability with its distinct mineral notes.

Part of the mash was subjected to cryomaceration and after light pressing it fermented separately at a temperature of 14 to 16 ° C. The wine matures on fine yeasts until spring in stainless steel containers and is then bottled.

Its color is straw yellow. The scent smells of minerals, citrus and tropical fruits. The taste is salty, mineral, fresh and distinctly fruity, tropical fruit and melon, finish on the skin of ripe grapefruit.
