Tasel is an organic dessert wine made of white muscat grapes that are dried in vineyard for as long as conditions allow it. If the concentration of sugar is not high enough, grapes are dried in the cellar until the level of the sweetness reaches the necessary values.
Grapes are hand-picked, de-stemmed, and macerated few days before pressing. The rest of the fermentation goes on in the small wooden barrels. It is aged in the same barrels for about a year and a half to two years.
Tasel is a wonderful dessert wine with shades of golden colour and visible thick wine drops. Amazing natural sweetness and fragrant smell that is better than even the most expensive perfume - this is a perfect description of Tasel from Clai!
