The vineyards are located on the hills around Buje, at 220-250 m above sea level, in the position of San Pellegrin, historically known for the cultivation of this vine. Maintaining a low yield per hectare and airing the position allows to obtain healthy grapes necessary to prolong ripening and obtain the required concentration of aromas.

After a short cryomaceration and light pressing, the must is fermented at a low temperature in order to preserve the concentration of irreplaceable nutmeg aroma.

Bright soft yellow wine. A scent typical, clear but elegant scent of nutmeg, acacia flower, notes of ripe melon and gooseberry. The taste of sweet aroma is accompanied by simultaneous mineral freshness, and typical nutmeg aromas are intertwined with the taste of gooseberry, pear and Chinese lichia. Citrus notes in the finish makes it extremely light and seductive.
