Alcoholic fermentation begins at a temperature of 25-28 ° C, 15 to 20 days. Malolactic fermentation and maturation take place in small oak barrels for 18 months, which favors the pairing of rich and noble aromas of wood and grapes. This is followed by blending and aging the wine in a large barrel for one year, after which it is rounded and matured in the bottle for the next 6 months.
The wine has dark ruby color. The aroma is initially dominated by spices and spicy notes, such as roasted coffee, vanilla, black and green pepper, but soon ripe plums and maraschino rise. In taste strong, warm wine, soft, with clear tannins, drinkable.
