Malvazija Sesto senso is produced from selected high quality berries.
After the harvest, a 21-day- maceration was carried out and later the wine settled on a fine deposit for 18 months, in large barrels of oak, mulberry and acacia.
The wine has a golden yellow hue. The aromas of roasted hazelnuts, honey, tobacco and cinnamon are exchanging in the nose and on the palate.
Sesto senso is dry, warm and soft, and at the same time partly fresh. In good storage conditions it can last for at least 5.6 years.
It is best served with fresh cheese (ricotta) with honey or simply with a Cuban cigar.
The recommended serving temperature is 14-16 ° C.
