The vineyards are located on the hills around Buje, at 220-250 m above sea level, in the position of Bomarchese. The ideal microclimate enables the production of grapefruit, which during maturation retains sufficient acidity suitable for obtaining fruitiness and balance of wine, and the mineral soil of white earth supports drinkability with its distinct mineral notes.

After harvest, a part of the mash was subjected to cryomaceration and after light pressing it fermented separately at a temperature of 14 to 16 ° C. The wine matures on fine yeasts until spring in stainless steel containers and is then bottled.

Color of the wine is straw yellow with a golden sheen. Aromas have mineral notes, yellow dried meadow flowers, ripe yellow plums, and lightly roasted almonds. The wine is delicious, juicy, mineral and fresh, but at the same time strong and warm, long elegant aromatic aftertaste mixed with minerality.
