Malvasia Templara limited edition is a Grand Cru from the Rossi family - wine from the oldest vineyards and the best locations.
It has a crystal clear, beautifully stiched yellow color with a greenish look.

The scent evokes an acacia flower with fruity notes of apple, plum and apricot and a crust of bread and vanilla. Extremely harmonious and rounded, dignified wine with moderate acids.

It pairs well with shrimp risotto, Istrian fuži with truffles and tagliatelle with mussels and asparagus at a temperature of 10-12 ° C.

The Rossi family produces wines from their own grapes, which are grown on over 12 hectares of modernly arranged and carefully nurtured high-quality vineyards. The vineyards are located in nine locations near the village of Bajkini. This terroir is specific, due to the all four types of soil present in a very narrow area: red, gray, black and white. Each soil gives a distinctive note to a particular variety of wine that grows from it, and in addition, different soils compensate for the weather conditions. Within the Rossi family, they pass the skill of working with vines down from generation to generation. The annual wine production of the Rossi family is about 100,000 liters. About four-fifths of that quantity is sold on the domestic market, and as the quality of products is increasingly recognized and sought after, export quantities are constantly growing as well. The special, almost loving attitude of the Rossi family winemakers towards the traditional, autochthonous Istrian varieties makes their products especially interesting. The Rossi family offers traditional Istrian wines Istrian Malvasia, Muscat Yellow, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Rose. In addition to wine, the Rossi family also produces distilled drinks and brandy. The base from which they are made is completely natural and is based exclusively on the drop which is a by-product of their own wine production. The Rossi family brandies are uncompromising brandies of high quality and winners of multipe awards.
