The wine has a playful greenish-yellow color, is crystal clear and partially dense. The scent is dominated by notes of fresh nectarine, yellow apple, mandarin peel, acacia flower and notes of fresh mint. The wine is dry, partly warm and partly soft, has good freshness, is tasty and is adorned with a medium body. The wine has a good balance, the intensity of its taste is pronounced and the durability of the taste is partially permanent. The wine is delicious, harmonious and nice to drink, and a note of fresh apricot appears on the after taste. The recommended serving temperature is 8-10 C, and the wine goes well with dishes such as pasta with black truffles.
