A playful, chartreuse-coloured crystal-clear wine. Dry, light and smooth. The aroma is predominantly peach and apricot with a hint of fresh pineapple. It has an intensive and balanced taste. If cooled to 4-6 °C it is paired with cold seafood hors d'oeuvres.Excellent as an aperitif.
