The wine is adorned with a very attractive salmon color, is crystal clear and partially dense. After pouring into a glass, many small and fast bubbles come out of it. The fragrance is dominated by fruity notes of cherry, strawberry, violet and yeast, and crostata with cherries. The wine is dry, partly warm and partly soft, and on the other hand it is adorned with excellent freshness, it is delicious and has a medium body. The wine is partially balanced, the intensity of its taste is pronounced and the durability of the taste is partially permanent. The wine is of good quality, it is harmonious and a note of cherry appears on the after taste. The recommended serving temperature is 6-8 C, and the wine goes well with dishes such as trill fish carpaccio.

Bertoša wines is family winery situated in Kaldir, small picturesque village near Motovun. Kaldir is a unique wine-growing part of Istria, characterized by sunny hills, a combination of continental and Mediterranean climates, and vineyards untouched by machinery. Through the valley of the river Mirna, warm sea air comes to Bertoša vineyards, which affects the temperature difference, which favors the quality of ripening of our grapes and its aroma. Beautiful hilly landscapes make it difficult to use machinery, so the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, and the grapes are transported to the cellar in small quantities. This is exactly the reason why Bertoša wines are top quality, affordable, and authentic.
