The wine is a light peach color. It is extremely mineral with dominant aromas of wild strawberries, grapefruit and lemon zest. On the palate it is fruity, soft with pronounced freshness and a long finish.
The grapes arrive by trucks - in refrigerators to prevent oxidation and evaporation of the primary aromas from the grapes themselves. Maceration lasts 3-4 hours, followed by pressing and continued fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation takes place at 16-18 °C and in order to preserve the freshness, fruitiness and playfulness of this rosé, the wine is kept for 6 months in stainless steel tanks until bottling. Immediately before bottling, the wine is clarified and stabilized, and the wine is then bottled in anaerobic conditions. The yield per vine is up to 1.5 grapes.
In addition to being an aperitif on warm summer days, it goes well with meat and fish dishes such as carpaccio, meat and fresh tomato salad, shrimp, gamber and octopus salad.
