In Sylvis Florens Rosé is an aromatic and attractive semi-sweet wine that we make by approaching the red Teran grapes as if they were white: by mulching, crushing, and pressing without maceration. The wine is a beautiful pink color and tastes lively and clean, with lots of fruity sweetness at the end. Acidity, the varietal characteristic of Teran, gives In Sylvis Rosé a freshness that ideally balances its sweetness. Hence the name of this wine, Florens, which means floral and spring and corresponds to its fluttering scent. If you're a fan of delicate wines, you'll love In Sylvis Florens Rosé. It pairs wonderfully with light desserts and provides a gentle refreshment in the summer.

In Sylvis winery is located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, in Sveti Petar u Šumi . The name of the village derives from the monastery historically known as Monasterium Sancti Petri in Sylvis (meaning in the woods), hence the name of In Slyvis wines. There are 7.400 vines of Istrian Malvasia and 1.500 vines of Merlot planted on 2,1 hectares of land. The cultivation method is a traditional single Istrian guyot that gives grapes of high quality and controlled yields. This, in combination with
Mediterranean climate provided by the vicinity of Lim Valley, results in a unique terroir of central Istria that characterizes In Sylvis wines.
The wine offer includes In Sylvis Istrian Malvasia and Florens Rose, as well as Arbor (lat. wood) matured wines: Malvasia, Cuvee, and dessert wine Selection.
The story about wine and vineyard in the forest is completed by their luxury labels with forest motifs, printed on real wood instead of paper.
