This is a brandy with a special story named after the grandfather Edoardo Arman.
The Don Edoardo brandy is a pomace brandy, produced from the pomace of Muscat and Malvasia, traditionally distilled in copper distillers (Lambic). It ripens for eight years in untreated oak casks.
It contains 45% alcohol and is recommended as an aperitif or digestive. It pairs ideally with cakes and tarts containing a lot of dark chocolate.
