The label is inspired by the colour of the clear olive pulp, and the olive oil is extracted from the indigenous Istrian Bianchera variety.
An intense fresh, green fruity aroma with complex nuances of freshly cut grass, tomato leaves, and fresh almond. The initial, delicate flavour gives way to a distinct and lingering bitter and spicy sensation in a delicate balance and elegant harmony. The distinctive fresh notes of almond, cut grass, chili pepper, and artichoke endure decisively.
With a surprisingly characteristic and defined sensorial impact, marked by gentle bitter tones that build up to a decidedly spicy conclusion, such limpid purity is an enhancing accompaniment to grilled fish and meats, to soups, with a soft and sweet alkaline component.
