Selekcija is a blend of extra virgin olive oils Istrian Bjelica, Leccino, Frantoio, Črnica and Bugla.

Golden yellow with a hint of green in colour, this oil is characterised by sensations of fresh olives and almonds. Mildly bitter and piquant, it fantastically complements a variety of green salads, fresh raw fish, semi hard cheese as well as grilled vegetables. Store in cool and dark place.

Ipša is a family estate which has been producing extra virgin olive oil and wine for more than 20 years and is today a well-known and accepted brand on both Croatian and world gastronomical maps. You will find them surrounded by olive groves in a small hamlet, Ipši, just 10 minutes away from Oprtalj, a picturesque medieval village situated high on a hill. Just a stone’s throw from Slovenia, 200 metres above the sea level in north western Istria the landscape here is absolutely breathtaking with small stone houses dotted around the hills, deep forests, plains, meadows and paths leading food and wine lovers to new discoveries. In 1998, the Ipša family decided to return to the family tradition and start restoring the old olive groves. Already in 2001, they were among the first to start picking olives by variety, which affirmed them at the very beginning of olive growing on the Croatian, and soon the world olive scene.
