The flavors of roasted coffee, dark chocolate and toasted bread come from a combination of special malts. Without the typical sharpness of black styles. Lower body and bitterness.

Bruman Craft Brewery started operating in September 2018 and thus secured the citizens of Buzet the title of the city with the largest number of breweries per capita. Behinde the name Bruman are Darko, Goran and Dragan, and the name Bruman is an adjective used in the northern part of Istria to describe a hardworking, diligent, good man. The logo is in the form of stylized letters BM, a masked superhero in a "trliž" (work suit), who is diligent and hardworking. From 2018 until today, about 10 beers have been launched on the market, mostly craft beers of American style.
