The first on our list is Luka Beach near Rakalj. You will have to walk a bit, but it pays off, because apart from the crystal clear sea, peace, and quiet, the wreck of an old fishing boat is waiting for you in the shallows. Is there a better holiday photo? 

You will also find your small romantic corner on Cape Kamenjak at the very bottom of the Istrian peninsula. The coastal belt of Kamenjak is 30 kilometers long, so if you don't find privacy there, you never will. 

Not far from Vrsar is Koversada, the largest naturist beach in Europe since 1961. The rocky beach has enough plateaus where you can sunbathe undisturbed. Wearing nothing. And this is something everyone should try. At least once.

Similar conditions are offered by the beach Školjić in Kavran, Grotte von Pula, Klančac near Brseč, Kanova near Umag… You may need to walk a little, maybe climb, but it is a small price for peace and privacy that awaits you. Whatever plans you have. Alone or with company. And yes, don’t spread the word about this too much, the point is to keep these beaches hidden. And yes, you haven't heard this from us.
